Valleys Enduro Series Round 2 Riders Brief
Update 23 May 24: With the change to the school from the field we have slightly different over night arrangements:
- You will be staying on tarmac carpark, no drilling or hammering pegs into the surface.
- The local authority has stipulated, no tents.
- The local authority have stipulate the site MUST be clear of participants after the race
Round 2 of the Valleys Enduro Series is almost here! Get ready for a great weekend in Abercarn on May 25-26.

Event Location:
Venue: Ysgol Cwm Gwyddon, Ystad Ddiwydiannol Tywysog Cymru, Cwmcarn, NP11 5AR

Timings:
Friday, May 24:
- 18:00: Site open for camping
- 18:00: Track walk
Saturday, May 25:
- 08:00-12:00: Registration (collect number boards)
- 09:30: Rider safety briefing at Event HQ
- 10:00-16:00: Practice
Sunday, May 26:
- 08:00-09:30: Registration
- 09:30: Rider safety briefing at Event HQ
- 10:00: Racing starts
- 16:00: Race ends
- 16:30: Podiums (20 minutes after the last rider finishes)
- 17:00: Site clear
Tracks:
Stages: G Force, Mainline, Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 E Bike (eMTB only)
Key Reminders:
- Parking: Do not park in Abercarn Westend. Use designated parking.
- Safety Gear: Helmets mandatory; gloves and knee pads strongly recommended.
- Respect Marshals: Their word is final.
Facilities & Support:
- Camping: Free from Friday evening
- Medical Support: Tactical Medical Rescue Ltd on-site
- Amenities: Toilets, drinking water, food vendors available
- Live Timing & Results: Provided by Real Time Racing
